- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment of Electrical & Electronics Components in WH Unit.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and procurement transactions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including production, finance, and logistics, to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Represent the procurement function in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Exposure in handling Import and Export shipments

· Maintain accurate MRP inputs, including supplier, lead time, price etc · Fulfill material & service requirements based on enhanced understanding of business needs in WH Unit.

· Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

· Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

· Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.





· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key WH suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions.

· Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms, and addressing issues as they arise.

· Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for cost reductions and value improvements.

· Analyse market trends and conditions to ensure competitive pricing

· Localization of import articles
