1. Procurement of assigned material raw material / mechanical / electrical / electronic / casting material.
2. Develop recent vendors.
3. Floating enquiries, preparing comparisons, negotiation of rates and finalizing favourable terms & conditions.
4. Coordination with companies, vendors, and OEMs for quotations and technical details.
5. Managing end-to-end procurement of various categories of commodities.
6. Follow-up, reviews, and expediting with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Handling procurement-related documentation.
8. Coordination with Finance, Production, Dispatch, and Project teams.
9. Follow-up with forwarder until the shipment arrives at the company.
10. Visiting foundries, evaluating them with the help of QC, and expediting orders for casting materials.
