Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma in ECE / EEE / Electronics / Electrical
Industry Preference: EMS / Electronics Manufacturing
- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for electronic components, raw materials, consumables, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for RFQs, quotations, price negotiation, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up with vendors for pending orders, material shortages, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores, and Finance teams for material requirements.
- Source materials from competitive and reliable suppliers while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain purchase records including quotations, POs, invoices, delivery documents, and supplier details.
- Track material costs against approved/estimated project costs and highlight cost variations.
- Support vendor identification, evaluation, and development.
- Prepare regular purchase status, pending order, and material delivery reports.
- Ensure timely procurement of critical/project-specific materials to avoid production or project delays.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, BOM, and procurement processes.
- Good vendor coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
