- Assist in purchasing raw materials, components, finished goods, packaging materials, and other requirements.

- Coordinate with existing and recent suppliers for prices, quotations, availability, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase-related documentation.

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

- Compare supplier quotations and assist in negotiating prices and payment terms.

- Coordinate with the production, stores, accounts, and sales teams regarding material requirements.

- Maintain records of supplier details, purchase prices, orders, pending deliveries, and invoices.

- Monitor stock requirements and communicate reorder requirements to the purchase team.

- Verify received materials against purchase orders and coordinate for discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues.

- Assist in maintaining and updating supplier and product price lists.

- Track pending purchase orders and provide regular status updates.

- Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities.

Pay: ₹9,555.13 - ₹20,000.70 per month
