Role Description The Public Relations Intern will support day-to-day PR activities, including drafting press releases, media notes, and other communication materials. The role involves assisting with media outreach, maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and supporting the planning and execution of PR campaigns. The intern will help prepare briefing documents, organize information for client presentations, and contribute to social media and content ideas aligned with PR objectives.

This is an internship role that is fully on-site, based in Chandigarh, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and participation in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations for effective engagement with journalists and outlets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications for crafting transparent,



impactful messages and campaign materials.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including concise writing and professional verbal communication.
- Candidates should have attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines, and basic research and organizational skills.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed studies in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Chandigarh, collaborating with team members, and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools, and an interest in PR and brand storytelling is beneficial
