Role Description This is a full-time, in office Public Relation Executive role based in South Delhi.

The Public Relation

Executive will manage media outreach, build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinate press coverage for weddings and related events. Daily tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, preparing media kits, developing PR campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The role involves monitoring media mentions,



handling incoming media inquiries, and supporting crisis communication when needed.

The Public Relation

Executive will collaborate closely with the planning and creative teams to highlight key events, client stories, and brand initiatives, and may be required to attend events for live PR and social amplification.

Qualifications

- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience engaging journalists, influencers, and media houses.
- Proficiency in Press Releases and Writing, including drafting compelling stories, event highlights, and brand communications.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Previous experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within events, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital PR practices; comfort with on-site event presence and flexible working hours when events require.
