As a Partnership Tax Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax consulting services to businesses, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance, offering guidance on tax planning and strategy to enhance client outcomes. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to diverse clients and team members, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the preparation and review of partnership tax returns and related documents
- Supporting tax compliance efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data
- Engaging in tax research to provide insights on local and international tax regulations
- Collaborating with team members to deliver tax consulting services on strategic matters
- Applying technical skills to draft and review tax documentation for accuracy
- Participating in client meetings to understand their tax planning needs and objectives
- Contributing to the development of tax strategies that optimize client tax positions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory changes
- Utilizing active listening and feedback to enhance personal and professional growth
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and fostering client relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis, or relevant technical or engineering degree or Commerce MBA (finance related) or M.Com
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
