Role Description This is a full time, on-site PTC Servigistics role based in the Pune Division. The position involves configuring, customizing, and supporting PTC Servigistics solutions to meet client requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing service parts management functionality. The role also covers troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will interact with clients to gather requirements, participate in reviews,



and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Servigistics implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PTC Servigistics configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with service parts management, supply chain planning, and related business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to analyze and optimize queries.
- Familiarity with Java or other object-oriented programming languages for extensions and integrations.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and deployment practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and deliver clear status updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing implementation roles is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with global teams as needed.
