Company Description Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary center for Child Development and Mental Health, offering both in-person and virtual services, including therapies and home-based parent training modules. As a phygital center, Mind Meadow integrates offline and online care to support children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. The team focuses on early intervention for conditions such as autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other developmental and behavioral disorders.

Care is delivered through holistic, data-driven diagnostic and intervention plans tailored to each child’s individual needs. A collaborative team of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Speech Therapists works together to place childhood development and well-being at the center of the organization’s mission.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RCI Certified Psychologist role based in Srinagar. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and ongoing evaluations for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Daily responsibilities include providing individual and family counseling, designing and implementing evidence-informed intervention plans, and monitoring progress through structured documentation.





The role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans and participating in case conferences and parent training sessions. The Psychologist will also contribute to awareness efforts, maintain ethical and professional standards, and stay current with developments in child and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply psychological theories to child and adolescent populations.
- Proficiency in Counseling and therapeutic interventions, including skills in individual, group, and family work.
- Experience with Psychological Assessment tools and methods appropriate for developmental, behavioral, and emotional conditions.
- Understanding of Medicine and interdisciplinary care, with readiness to collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
- Relevant master’s degree or higher in Clinical, Counseling, or Child Psychology (or closely related field); current registration or licensure as applicable.
- Prior experience working in child development, developmental disorders, or pediatric mental health settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to inclusive, ethical practice.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar and engage effectively with children, families, and caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
