Job Title: Psychologist / RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist

Location: Brain & Mind Clinic, Bilaspur, ChhattisgarhEmployment Type: Full-timeSchedule: Six days per week with one weekly off

About the Clinic

Brain & Mind Clinic is a specialist mental-health clinic providing psychiatric consultation, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, child and adolescent services, and addiction treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and professionally responsible psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed psychological interviews and mental-health assessments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counselling using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, supportive therapy, behavioural interventions, motivational interviewing and relaxation techniques.
- Work with adults, children and adolescents presenting with anxiety, depression, OCD, stress-related conditions, behavioural difficulties, relationship problems and substance-use disorders.
- Administer screening tools and psychological assessments appropriate to the candidate’s qualifications and professional registration.
- Provide psychoeducation and counselling to patients and family members.
- Develop treatment plans in coordination with the consultant psychiatrist.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and progress notes.
- Participate in case discussions, mental-health awareness programmes and clinic outreach activities.




- Follow skilled ethics, informed-consent requirements and patient-confidentiality standards.

Essential Qualifications
- MA/MSc in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Applied Psychology from a recognised university.
- Good counselling, communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use electronic clinical records.
- Ability to work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Valid RCI registration for candidates applying under the designation “Clinical Psychologist.”
- Previous experience in a psychiatric clinic, hospital, rehabilitation centre or child-guidance setting.
- Training or supervised experience in CBT, psychological assessment, child psychology, family counselling or addiction treatment.
- Fresh graduates with strong clinical internship experience may also apply.

Remuneration Competitive salary based on qualifications, RCI registration, clinical skills and experience.
