Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing psychological support, conducting assessments, supporting behavioral and developmental interventions, and working closely with children, parents, and other professionals. This is a great opportunity for psychology graduates who are looking to develop their clinical skills and practical experience in a professional therapy and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct psychological observations and assessments as required.
● Provide individual psychological and behavioral support based on client needs.
● Assist in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans.
● Work closely with children and their parents/caregivers.
● Provide parent guidance and support when required.
● Maintain accurate case notes, progress records, and clinical documentation.
● Monitor client progress and communicate observations with the multidisciplinary team.
● Collaborate with speech therapists,
occupational therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and other professionals.
● Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning.
● Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
Qualifications
● M.Sc./M.A. in Psychology preferred.
● Candidates with relevant psychology qualifications may also be considered.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good observation and active listening skills.
● Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach.
● Passion for working with children and families.
● Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary workplace.
