We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Psychological Counselor to support the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Identify and address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
- Conduct student well-being and awareness sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate counseling records.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling Psychology or a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in counseling children and adolescents, preferably in a school workplace.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
