Hiring: Counsellor

Location: Sowripalayam / Thondamuthur

Reporting to: Case Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and structured Counsellor to support clients in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves conducting weekly individual sessions, facilitating group activities, coordinating with doctors and families, maintaining documentation, and providing emotional support during the recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Client admission support & orientation
- Individual counselling & behavioural observation
- Family communication & monthly progress updates
- Doctor consultation coordination
- Group therapy participation
- Documentation & incident reporting

Qualification:
- M.S.W. (Medical & Psychiatry)
- Experience in rehabilitation or mental health setup preferred
- 2-5 yrs of experience
- Fluency in Hindi
