Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Mathematics to primary-grade students as per the prescribed curriculum.

- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching aids.

- Develop students’ numerical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Use practical examples, games, activities, and technology to make Mathematics easy and interesting.

- Conduct class tests, assessments, and remedial activities.

- Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain proper records.

- Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.

- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.





- Collaborate with other teachers in curriculum planning and academic activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject.

- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or other required teaching qualification, as applicable.

- CTET/TET qualification where required by the school or applicable rules.

- Positive command of English and/or the school’s medium of instruction.
