We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal / Quotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer RFQs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing technical and commercial proposals for industrial automation projects.

## Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, pricing, and estimates.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals/quotations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales teams for accurate bid preparation.
- Ensure proposals are technically compliant and commercially competitive.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales team during the bidding process.
- Maintain proposal documentation and ensure timely submission of bids.

## Required Skills
- Experience in Proposal, Quotation, Estimation, or Tendering.
- Strong understanding of RFQ analysis and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation, costing, and pricing.




- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
