Ø QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Preferably BE / B.Tech – Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or relevant discipline .

· 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing/automation/electrical panel/EPC, or turnkey project organization.

· Candidates should have knowledge and experience in any of the following areas :

PLC / DCS Automation

PCC / MCC Panels, including HT / LT Panels

Electrical Engineering – GA Drawings, Wiring Schemes and Switchgear Selection

EPC / Turnkey Project Estimation and Proposal Preparation

Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ø Job Responsibilities

· Thoroughly review customer enquiries, tenders and project specifications from both technical and commercial viewpoints.

· Understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.

· Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals and commercial proposals.

· Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and system architecture for PLC / DCS automation projects.

· Prepare estimation and technical specifications for PCC, MCC, HT and LT electrical panels.

· Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing,



purchase and project teams for technical and commercial inputs.

· Float enquiries to vendors for bought-out items and obtain quotations.

· Perform technical and commercial comparison of vendor offers.

· Prepare detailed project costing and final proposal pricing.

· Develop cost estimates for EPC and turnkey projects.

· Support the sales team during technical discussions and customer meetings, wherever required.

· Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of tenders.

· Track and prepare Sales and marketing MIS

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of projects from order receipt to execution.

· Conduct competitor analysis with respect to technical and commercial specifications.

· Support negotiation on technical and commercial terms, including payment terms, delivery schedules and other contractual requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation of quotations, tenders, estimates and project-related communications.
