Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations, surveys, and evaluations to determine market value and potential risks.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information for real estate transactions.
- Follow up on open issues related to property disputes and negotiate settlements when required.
- Prepare MIS reports for internal use by the company's management team.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high-quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate industry or a related field (property valuation, survey, etc.).
- Robust understanding of local real estate markets and regulations.
- Excellent coordination skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate reports using MIS software tools.
