Property Manager Millenium Hospitality | Sector 42, Gurgaon Millenium Hospitality, a group of 8 hotels in Gurgaon expanding beyond Delhi NCR, is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sector 42 property.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B; and maintenance Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly Manage staffing, rosters, and team performance Monitor budgets, costs, and property P&L; Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and quality standards Coordinate with group management on brand standards and expansion initiatives Requirements: 2 years in hotel operations, with at least 1 years as Property/Operations Manager in hotel Robust leadership and team management skills Good understanding of hotel P&L; and cost control Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving skills Hands-on, available on-site at Sector 42, Gurgaon
