Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Office Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive for our Commercial Leasing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing office spaces available for lease across key commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source office spaces across commercial buildings, business parks, and standalone assets.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and local brokers.
- Conduct market mapping and regular surveys to identify vacancies and upcoming supply.
- Evaluate properties based on location, building grade, accessibility, amenities, parking, rentals, and availability.
- Maintain an updated database of office inventory and market intelligence.




- Update CRM with property details, photographs, floor plans, and site information.
- Coordinate with the leasing team for client requirements and site visits.
- Support in obtaining commercial proposals and landlord approvals.
- Submit regular sourcing reports and track inventory and conversion metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5–6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Property Sourcing, or Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
- Good network with landlords, developers, brokers, and other market stakeholders.
- Solid skills in market mapping, relationship management, commercial negotiations, CRM, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
