Role & responsibilities
Manage the entire rental process from guest check-ins to cleaning coordination.
Coordinate with guests to ensure smooth and productive check-in processes.
Oversee cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle reviews and feedback from guests professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor daily occupancy and pricing.
Set up SOP for smooth operations.
Maintain inventory of supplies.
