About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and people-friendly Property Manager to manage day-to-day property operations and ensure a smooth experience for our clients and guests.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English, be comfortable coordinating with clients and internal teams, and be willing to work with a versatile, on-call schedule based on property requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients and respond to their queries professionally.
- Explain the property, spaces, facilities, and ongoing work to clients.
- Coordinate client visits and assist during their interactions with the property.
- Maintain client records and documents using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requirements and issues.
- Supervise caretakers and daily site support staff.
- Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for housekeeping, guest areas, and maintenance operations.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and client-ready at all times.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in property management,



hospitality, operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English are essential.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Organised, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and handling day-to-day operational requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to be available 7 days a week/on-call as required, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Starting from ₹23,000/month + Performance Bonus
