About the Role

ISYA & Co. is a growing property consulting and hospitality business based in South Delhi. We are looking for a Property Consultant to join us full-time and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our growing residential real estate business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys sales, dealing with people, property, networking and closing transactions. The person will work closely with the founder and will have significant responsibility in managing property listings, leads, clients, property owners and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries from 99acres, referrals, WhatsApp, calls and other sources.
- Speak with prospective buyers and tenants, understand their requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into property visits and transactions.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect property details, pricing, availability and documentation.
- Manage and update property listings on 99acres and other online platforms.
- Coordinate property photography and video shoots and ensure listings are properly presented.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants and other property dealers/brokers.
- Source suitable properties for clients based on their requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property visits.
- Coordinate negotiations between buyers, tenants, owners and brokers.
- Follow up on active negotiations and help take transactions through to closure.
- Maintain an organised record of properties, leads, client requirements, visits and deals.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day property consulting pipeline and operations.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales,



property consulting, residential brokerage or leasing preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of South Delhi / Vasant Kunj and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and property owners over the phone and meeting them in person.
- Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of residential property transactions.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and online property portals.
- Ability to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
- Existing contacts with property owners, clients or local brokers will be an advantage.

Compensation ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month fixed salary + 15% performance incentive on brokerage generated and collected by the company through transactions handled by the employee.

The incentive is uncapped, giving the right candidate the opportunity to significantly increase their monthly earnings based on performance.
