We are looking for a senior Property Portfolio & Finance professional to managing a portfolio of UK-based properties/hospitality assets from India.

This is not a core accounting role. The primary responsibility is to manage the property portfolio, business performance and operations, while using financial expertise to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Property Portfolio Management

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of UK properties/hospitality assets.
- Monitor property performance, profitability, occupancy/revenue and operating costs.
- Work closely with property managers and business teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify underperforming properties and support decisions around improvement, retention or exit.
- Work with the business on newly acquired properties, ensuring smooth onboarding and portfolio integration.
- Maintain appropriate portfolio mix and support strategic property decisions.

Financial & Commercial Management

- Prepare and review property-wise P&L; for management review on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor budgets, actuals, forecasts and property-level profitability.
- Lead operating and capital budgeting with property managers.
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee cash flow requirements and property-level financial performance.
- Review expenses, recharges, fee splitting and other inter-property financial arrangements.
- Ensure financial information supports effective commercial decision-making.

UK Property / Hospitality Operations

- Manage relationships with UK-based property managers, operators, vendors and stakeholders.
- Understand property-level operational requirements and their financial impact.
- Ensure appropriate controls around rents, deposits, expenses, service charges and property-related transactions.




- Support operational and commercial negotiations with relevant stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor and develop the property and finance team.
- Review team performance and ensure timely delivery of portfolio reporting.
- Provide guidance to the team on financial and operational matters.

UK Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with London-based teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a strong UK-facing communication style.
- Build credibility with London stakeholders through clear, confident and commercially oriented communication.
- Coordinate with business, property managers, auditors and external advisors.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure property operations and financial activities comply with applicable UK regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities wherever required.
- Support audits, statutory requirements and regulatory matters.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and controls are maintained across the portfolio.

Mandatory Requirements
- CA – Mandatory
- 20+ years of overall experience
- Robust experience in UK Property OR UK Hotel/Hospitality
- Proven experience managing property portfolios / multiple properties
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Experience in property-level financial analysis and commercial decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capability

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
