Role Description The Property and Guest Relations Associate – Bangalore is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, inspecting properties, and ensuring they meet JadeCaps’ quality and safety standards.

The associate will handle guest communication, resolve queries and issues promptly, and provide personalized support to create memorable stays. They will liaise with property owners, vendors, and internal teams to schedule maintenance,



manage inventory, and ensure smooth turnover between bookings. The role also involves supporting revenue and occupancy goals by maintaining accurate property information, identifying upselling opportunities, and sharing on-ground feedback to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, owners, and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service experience, focused on resolving issues quickly and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Exposure to Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate operations, property management, or hospitality environments.
- Basic Sales skills, including upselling services, promoting property features, and supporting occupancy and revenue targets.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, property management systems, and digital tools; familiarity with AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, co-living, or serviced apartments is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
