Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will guide clients through property selection, investment decisions, and transaction processes, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every stage. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features and pricing, addressing client queries, and maintaining long-term relationships with buyers and investors.

The Property





Advisor will also coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation, follow up on leads, and support closing of sales while upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to advise on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Finance to explain pricing structures, payment plans, and returns clearly.
- Candidates should possess abilities in negotiation, sales, and relationship management to support successful property transactions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with the local Kolkata real estate market, along with the ability to work on-site and meet clients regularly.
- Candidates should possess relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in real estate advisory or sales is an advantage.
