Job Responsibilities:

You own the craft behind the craft -the prompts, models, and workflows that let our filmmakers get consistent, controllable, cost-efficient output on demand. You are systematic where the filmmaker is intuitive: you build the templates, break the failures, and keep us ahead of every new model release.

- Write, test, and refine prompts across image and video models for consistent, directable results -not lucky one-offs.
- Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, style systems, and reference-lock methods that keep characters, palettes, and environments stable across a production.




- Benchmark and select tools shot by shot -knowing when See dance beats Kling, when to reach for Veo or Runway, and why -and stay current as new models ship.
- Diagnose and fix generation failures: content-filter false triggers, character and identity drift, artifacting, motion breakdowns, and seam problems.
- Document workflows and best practices, and train the filmmaking team to run them independently.
- Optimize the cost and time per finished shot across the studio's pipelines.
- Run R&D;: evaluate recent tools and techniques and fold the winners into production.

Skills Required:

- Deep, demonstrable hands-on experience prompting generative image and video models (and ideally LLMs) - with examples of controlled, repeatable output.
- A systematic, experimental mindset and disciplined documentation habits.
- A working mental model of how these systems behave -references, seeds, parameters, guidance, and their failure modes.
- Visual literacy: you can look at two near-identical outputs and say precisely why one is better.
- A reel or portfolio showing complete sequences -not one-off clips -where continuity and story are visibly under control.
- Comfort with an editing suite (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
