Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Budgeting

- Formulate comprehensive project schedules, master plans, and detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Establish financial budgets, cash flow projections, and cost-control measures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze site development potential.

Execution & Site Oversight
- Lead end-to-end civil and structural execution across multiple project sites.
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site engineering teams to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor quality standards, safety protocols (EHS), and material logistics in office.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Secure necessary zoning permissions, local municipal clearances, and statutory approvals (fire, safety, environmental, and RERA).
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and legal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate smoothly with architects, structural designers,



MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consultants, and legal teams.
- Oversee vendor negotiations, billing verification, and contract management.
- Provide regular MIS reports and milestone updates to senior management and investors.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA or Post-Graduation in Project Management preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, local zoning laws, and contract negotiations.
- Software Literacy: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP/CRM tracking systems.
- Leadership: Strong crisis management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team management capabilities.
