KOSHISH SELFLESS SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED TRAINER – Position: TRAINER Salary: As Per Company Policy Training Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 Probation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Job Responsibilities Conduct Training based on the resumes received from applicants. Evaluate candidates according to company Training standards and recommend suitable applicants for the appropriate positions.

Maintain

Training records and submit daily Training reports to the Reporting Head. Coordinate with the HR and Training Team for candidate onboarding. During the initial 1–2 months, the employee will work from home (WFH). After successfully completing the training period, the employee will be required to work from the assigned District Office.
