Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver business and technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning through completion.

- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with business, technology, operations, finance, and compliance teams.

- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and project communications.

- Prepare project reports and management updates.

- Coordinate testing, implementation, and project closure.

- Identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements





- 4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in finance, banking, FinTech, insurance, or related industries preferred.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira or MS Project.

- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
