- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Wealth Management.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes and investment products.
- Good knowledge of APIs, system integration, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar is preferred.
- Strong Agile/Waterfall project management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, vendor, and team management skills.
- Experience working with onsite/offshore teams.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, or Wealth Technology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience delivering the Wealth Management transformation programs.
