Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver software projects across our product suite. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and close projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource schedules.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and status reporting.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder review meetings.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation of change requests.
- Monitor budgets, timelines,



and resource utilization across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation to leadership.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience managing software / IT projects, preferably in a product or EdTech environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of software development, QA processes, and technical documentation.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the EdTech / higher-education technology domain.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to IT/education projects.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
