IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote Flexibility

Engagement: Contract through December 2027

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a technology team supporting multiple IT initiatives across Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Technology Operations teams and be comfortable coordinating distributed teams and US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Manage multiple IT projects across Agile and traditional/hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and coordinate dependencies across technical teams.
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
- Partner with Enterprise Technology Operations, Systems Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Track project velocity, KPIs, milestones,



and overall project health.
- Maintain project boards and reporting using Jira, Power BI, and ServiceNow .
- Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Technical Leads, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Technology Operations .
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management .
- Experience managing multiple IT initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Jira – Agile boards, backlogs, sprint tracking, and velocity
- Power BI – dashboards and project/resource reporting
- ServiceNow – ITSM and project workflows
- Microsoft 365 – project coordination and collaboration
- Experience working with US/North America-based teams and stakeholders .
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, PMP, or ITIL.
