Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ranchi, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams; developing project schedules; managing resources; and monitoring progress against milestones.

The role also involves handling expediting activities, overseeing inspections, and managing logistics related to materials and equipment.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks,



maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and budgets.

- Experience with expediting processes, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Knowledge of Inspection procedures, with the ability to coordinate and oversee quality checks and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

- Skills in Logistics Management, including planning and tracking material movement, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing supply chain activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in office and remotely.

- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices; prior experience in Indian infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage.
