About the Philanthropic Ventures Wing

We are building a new division to launch and scale high-impact philanthropic initiatives with the ambition, speed, and execution standards of a high-growth company.

We are looking for people who can take a mission from an idea to reality — build the roadmap, bring the right people together, execute on the ground, solve problems, and ultimately make the model scalable.

The Role

As a Project Manager / Project Specialist, you will own projects end-to-end.

You will take a cause or mission and turn it into a clear execution plan — defining what needs to happen, who needs to do it, how it will be funded, how it will reach people, and how success will be measured.

You will then run the project, manage stakeholders and partners, oversee ground execution, handle compliance, coordinate marketing and communications, track budgets and outcomes, and build the model for scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into action.

What You Will Do

- Build end-to-end roadmaps for new philanthropic projects and initiatives
- Take ownership of execution from planning through launch and ongoing delivery
- Coordinate field teams, partners, vendors, finance, marketing, and other stakeholders
- Manage budgets, timelines, documentation,



statutory/compliance requirements, and reporting
- Build simple systems and processes that make projects reliable and repeatable
- Drive outreach, marketing, partnerships, and on-ground mobilisation where required
- Track impact, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the project
- Present progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and funding partners
- Turn successful projects into scalable models that can be replicated across locations

What We Are Looking For

- 2–7 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, entrepreneurship, program delivery, or a similar role
- Someone who can own a problem end-to-end, rather than wait for instructions
- Strong planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working across strategy, ground execution, finance, compliance, and marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and high ownership
- Robust written and spoken English and Hindi
- Most importantly: bias for action, resourcefulness, and genuine ownership
