The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage interior projects from kickoff to final handover
- Plan project schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage contractors and site teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements




- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to approved designs
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site
- Identify and resolve project delays, site issues, and execution challenges
- Maintain regular project status updates and reports
- Handle client concerns and ensure a positive project experience
- Manage project documentation and ensure smooth final handover

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Solid verbal, written, and organizational skills
