Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and expense visibility for leadership reviews.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level updates on delivery health.
- Administer Jira and Confluence content to keep epics, stories, documentation, and governance artifacts current.
- Coordinate with engineering and business teams to support release readiness, issue escalation, and process adherence.

Skills Required:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery coordination, or PMO support.




- Strong project management and project coordination experience across cross-functional delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking for active projects.
- Ability to manage project governance, documentation, and delivery metrics in a structured environment.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience in Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, PMO practices, or software delivery lifecycle governance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
