1. To handle Project Implementation, Project coordination, Installation, customer support, Control System Programming.
2. To handle multiple projects at a time i.e. handling all aspects of the projects like coordination with customer and PMC, installation & implementation of projects.
3. To ensure timely Preparation of handover report and handover of project.
4. VC Hardware Installation, Configuration, MTR, Microsoft Teams, Zoom to be Configured s per requirement.
5. Raise Case with OEM for RMA Support.
6. Need to Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager for Demo Calls.
7. Coordinate with AV Programmer for Programming towards ongoing Projects .
8. Telephonic Customer Support and attending Breakdown calls as per the requirement.
9. Coordination with internal team for daily basis call schedule.
10. Other adhoc activities as per the need of the hour.
