Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the overall site project team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of project activities.

· Conduct and coordinate daily and weekly progress meetings with the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and site team.

· Plan, monitor, and control civil construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and project requirements.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes and regulations.

· Monitor, identify, and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation/Surveillance Reports within the stipulated timelines.

· Supervise and monitor the QA/QC team to ensure effective implementation of the Project Quality Plan and successful completion of project activities.

· Review and monitor contractors’ work progress, resources, manpower, materials, and site productivity.

· Prepare and maintain Bar Charts, Look-Ahead Schedules, and Project Master Schedules.

· Track project progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify delays, critical activities, and areas requiring corrective action.

· Coordinate with all project stakeholders to resolve technical, construction, and site-related issues.





· Review contractors’ work programs and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

· Ensure proper documentation of site progress, inspections, quality records, and project reports.

· Provide regular progress updates and management reports to the Client and Consultants.

· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.

· Support the Project Director/Management in achieving project objectives related to time, cost, quality, and safety.

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

· 7–15 years of relevant experience in building construction/project management.

· Minimum 1 year of project/team management experience preferred.

· Strong knowledge of civil construction, QA/QC procedures, BOQ specifications, method statements, and project scheduling.

· Good understanding of building codes, standards, and local statutory regulations.

· Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead site teams effectively.
