MTBOSS Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects worth 50Cr+
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial forecasts
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with MBA preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in project management in construction
- PMP certification mandatory
- Experience managing projects of 50Cr+ value
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
