Who we are looking for

Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the studio by assisting with various tasks and focusing on overseeing design projects from initiation through delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating tasks across creative and operational teams, and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

The Project

Manager will manage communication with stakeholders, track progress, anticipate risks, and adjust plans to keep projects aligned with scope, budget, and quality standards.

This role also involves organizing resources, facilitating reviews and approvals, and maintaining clear documentation to support effective workflows and successful project outcomes.This position is essential for a smooth day-to-day run which allows multiple teams to collaborate.

Responsibilities

- Assist with client communication via mails, calls & meetings
- Coordinating with different internal teams (e.g., design, copywriting, strategy ) to ensure timely delivery of individual tasks.




- Help with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, and identifying potential issues ( We work on Asana! )
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, projects, and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorms, team meetings, and other internal discussions to stay informed and contribute to the team.

Qualifications

- Experience in relevant field of 1-2 years.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Expediting to plan, prioritize, and drive tasks to completion.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities to coordinate resources, materials, and schedules.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality oversight to verify that project deliverables meet agreed standards and requirements.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, and familiarity with design or creative studio environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Project Management, Design Management, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and Asana.
- ++ if you have design agency/studio background
