Location: Charni Road (East), Mumbai – 400002

Work Requirement: Daily travel to/from the project site at Marine Drive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee housing and redevelopment projects, with strong knowledge of BMC (MCGM) and MHADA regulations. The candidate will be responsible for project feasibility, coordination with consultants and authorities, monitoring project execution, and ensuring that projects progress as per approved plans, regulations, quality standards, and timelines.

- Experience in real estate, housing, redevelopment, construction, or project management.
- Solid practical knowledge of BMC (MCGM) and MHADA regulations.




- Experience handling or coordinating housing/redevelopment projects.
- Good understanding of construction activities and finishing works.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience: Relevant experience in real estate/construction/redevelopment project management, preferably with Mumbai-based housing or redevelopment projects.
