• Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation experience• Contact Center transformation projects• Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies• Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)• Change management and user adoption experience Tools, systems, or technologies required • Microsoft Project• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center• Microsoft Teams• Microsoft Office 365• Power BIQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
