Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV09, NAV15-18)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-Robust domain experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management

Hands-on experience with MS 365 / Navision 365

Good understanding of third-party integrations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across departments.

Define solution architecture and functional specifications aligned to business goals.

Manage customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations as per business needs.

Conduct functional testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.

Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business users.

Work closely with developers to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
