Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Behala, Kolkata .

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for ink manufacturing initiatives, from planning and scheduling through production, inspection, and delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, logistics, and production teams, monitoring project timelines, managing vendor and supplier communication, and resolving issues that could impact quality or delivery. The role involves tracking project milestones, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements, preparing status reports, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across processes.

The Project

Manager will also work closely with leadership to align project outcomes with business goals and customer expectations.





Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Inspection experience to support quality checks, verify adherence to specifications, and coordinate with quality assurance.
- Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, shipping schedules, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical/ink industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with vendors and internal teams.
