About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently manage customer-facing technology and SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through successful closure.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects.
- Conduct project kickoffs and establish scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and governance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate with consultants, developers, solution engineers, migration teams, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Conduct regular customer status meetings and internal project reviews.
- Ensure project documentation, MOMs, action items, and status reports are maintained accurately.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Manage UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, and project closure activities.
- Ensure customer expectations remain aligned with the agreed scope and deliverables.




- Escalate critical risks appropriately and drive them toward resolution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management , preferably within SaaS, IT services, software implementation, consulting, or technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and change requests.
- Ability to coordinate technical and functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with ITSM, CRM, SaaS implementation, integrations, or migration projects would be an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
