Job Summary

Role Summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead with 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience in Greenfield and Brownfield programs. The candidate will lead SAP Payroll transformation initiatives for steel manufacturing organizations and provide expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, time integration, workforce administration, SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration.

Key Roles &

Responsibilities

Lead SAP HCM Payroll solution architecture, design, configuration and deployment activities.

Drive Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Conduct payroll process workshops and gather business requirements from HR and Finance stakeholders.

Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, benefits and statutory compliance requirements.

Manage integration with Time Management, PA, OM, SuccessFactors and Finance modules.

Support payroll processes for plant workforce, contract labor and multi-location operations.

Lead data migration, testing, cutover, go- live and hypercare activities.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, Basis and integration teams.

Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations and organizational policies.

Mentor consultants and provide governance for payroll best practices.
