Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP projects, including implementation, rollout, upgrades, migrations, support, and enhancement engagements.

- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery milestones.

- Collaborate with functional and technical consultants across Oracle applications.

- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements, define solution scope and ensure successful project execution.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and client discussions.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.

- Manage change requests, project documentation, and project reporting.

- Track resource utilization and coordinate with internal teams for project staffing.

- Drive effective communication among stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.

- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills





- Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementation or support projects.

- Positive understanding of Oracle applications such as:

- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
