Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Animation Team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale E-learning animation projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and leading a team of 30–40 members. The candidate should have successfully managed projects with a monthly delivery volume of 200–300 animation hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver animation projects within timelines and quality standards.

- Handle end-to-end project execution for E-learning content.

- Manage and coordinate a team of 30–40 members, including animators, designers, editors, and quality teams.

- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and team productivity.

- Ensure monthly delivery targets of 200–300 animation hours are achieved.

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.

- Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.





- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain quality standards and process compliance across all projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- 4-5 years of experience in Project Management.

- Prior experience in the E-learning industry is mandatory.

- Experience managing animation/video production projects.

- Proven experience handling teams of 30–40 people.

- Experience delivering 200–300 project hours per month.

- Robust communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of animation production workflows.

- Experience with project management tools.

- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.

- 4-5 years in Project Management, preferably in the E-learning industry.
