About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager (Electrical Substation Construction) to take charge of our ongoing and upcoming substation and transmission line projects. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and proven experience in executing large-scale power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical substation and transmission line construction projects
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time completion within defined budget and quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and site staff.
- Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants for timely availability of materials and services.
- Maintain close interaction with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections,



and reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory norms at the project site.
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Manage risks, resolve site-level issues, and take corrective measures to ensure project continuity.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of electrical substation construction, transmission line works, and related standards .
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language .
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Previously worked for the capacity of 220 kv to 400 kv substations.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical substation and transmission line projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects successfully.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
