Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across our lending platform. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define, manage, and control project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, process flows, status reports, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between business, technical, and implementation teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, resources, and stakeholders.
- Experience in project scope management, documentation, process mapping, and status reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Lending domains.
- Understanding of Lending Lifecycle Management, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management

Systems (LMS), and related financial technology solutions.

- Financial services or banking domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
